In this document, find the court-ruled decision on the recognition of the marriage between Anthony Sullivan and Richard Adams. The decision, which declared that Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Adams had not proven a “marital relationship” could exist “between two faggots”, still stands in the Colorado courts. (Decision rendered by now Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy.)
